- Do you take a percentage of our revenue?
- No. CeylonLot charges a flat monthly fee per lot and never touches what you collect. Cash, card or digital, it goes straight to you - we don't sit between you and your customer.
- Is there a setup fee or a contract?
- No setup fee, and billing is monthly, so you can stop whenever you need to. We provision your account, zones and rates, and issue each officer their credentials at no extra cost.
- How do officers get the app?
- The officer app is free on Google Play. Officers sign in with the ID and password we issue for your lot - there's no per-device charge beyond the seats in your plan.
- What if we run more lots than a plan allows?
- Move up a plan, or talk to us about Municipal. We size it to the zones and officers you actually run, rather than make you pay for headroom you don't use.
- How are we billed?
- Monthly, in LKR. Because there's no public sign-up, a real person walks you through setup and confirms the details when we provision your account.
