- Do you take a percentage of our revenue?
- No. CeylonLot charges a flat monthly fee per lot and takes no commission. Cash and card payments go straight to you. Fees drivers pay online through PayHere are collected securely and transferred to your bank - still with no commission, and your dashboard shows the running balance.
- Can we try it before we pay?
- Yes. Every new operator gets a one-week free test period on their own lot - real zones, real rates, officers on shift. Billing starts only when the week ends, and if it's not for you, you walk away owing nothing.
- Is there a setup fee or a contract?
- No setup fee, and billing is monthly, so you can stop whenever you need to. We provision your account, zones and rates, and issue each officer their credentials at no extra cost.
- How do officers get the app?
- The officer app is free on Google Play. Officers sign in with the ID and password we issue for your lot - there's no per-device charge beyond the seats in your plan.
- Can drivers pay online?
- Yes. At check-out the officer can SMS the driver a secure PayHere link for the exact fee - the driver pays on their own phone and the app confirms it before the vehicle leaves. Online payments are collected via PayHere and settled to your bank account; cash and card still work exactly as before.
- What if we run more lots than a plan allows?
- Move up a plan, or talk to us about Municipal. We size it to the zones and officers you actually run, rather than make you pay for headroom you don't use.
- How are we billed?
- Monthly or yearly, in LKR - annual billing gets you 12 months for the price of 11. Because there's no public sign-up, a real person walks you through setup and confirms the details when we provision your account.
